Jiangxi Ayrtter Mass Transfer Technology Co., Ltd. was invested and constructed by Pingxiang Fxsino Petrochemical Packing Co., Ltd. in 2020. Located in Anyuan Industrial Park, Anyuan District, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province. we mainly engage in the processing and manufacturing plastic packing, metal packing, ceramic packing, tower internals, and tower vessels.
With the technical support of Tianjin University, East China University of Science and Technology, and Tsinghua University. we are engaged in the research and development of chemical separation technology and tower internals and products. We cooperated with the installation and after-sales team to achieve a one-stop service and deliver perfect products with peace of mind.

Tower Internal Workshop
The quality of the tower internas directly affects the operation and performance of the entire packing. The production mode of prefabricated tower internals is a conceptual technology independently developed by Aite. We simplify each process into a streamlined operation mode, greatly improving production efficiency and dimensional accuracy. Equipped with high-end equipment such as large-scale laser cutting, laser welding machines, servo CNC bending machines, automatic welding machines, shearing machines, etc. The fully intelligent CNC large-scale hydraulic testing platform independently developed and constructed can test various distributors within 12 meters. Equipped with fully automatic degreasing and air drying, acid washing and passivation equipment to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Structured Packing Workshop
The metal structured packing workshop has an annual output of 30000 cubic meters of finished products, equipped with more than 20 advanced high-speed stamping production lines, and uses three-element guide rail machine tools equipped with high-speed servo feeding technology to stabilize stamping for more than 600 times, with forming accuracy controlled within 0.1MM.
Metal Random Packing Workshop
The metal random packing workshop adopts fully automatic stamping production equipment, with industry-leading technological level. The original multi process integrated stamping mold is equipped with intelligent detection devices, with 300000 maintenance free and 500000 repair free times, and an annual production capacity of 20000 cubic meters.
Injection Workshop
The injection molding workshop has 28 advanced streamlined production lines. Using European standard large tonnage precision injection molding machines, equipped with three-axis servo robots, visual monitoring systems, and centralized feeding systems to ensure an annual production of 100000 cubic meters of high-quality finished products. Private customized flexible production can also be accepted, which only takes 15 working days from design to sampling to finished product.
