Ceramic pall ring is a type of classical random packing, which is developed from the Raschig ring. Commonly, there are two layers of windows opened along its cylinder wall. Each layer has five ligules bending inward the axes of the ring, which is similar to the metallic pall ring and plastic. It is mainly used in petrochemical and RTO field, especially in the drying tower and absorption tower for sulfuric acid production.

Ceramic Cascade Mini Ring absorbs the characteristics of the ceramic Raschig ring and Pall ring. the tapered flanging on the end of Ceramic Cascade Mini ring is not only reduce air resistance,but also increase air flux. Ceramic Cross-partition ring deign’s purpose is increase packing surface area to improve mass transfer effieiceny..Due to ceramic cross-partition ring  belong to regular acid-resistant pickings for distillation and rectification columns.it will increase Cross shape septum in the ring’s inside. This design is not only enlarge packing surface area, but also increase its Compressive strength they are put (stacked) in packing layer position of  the column. Ceramic lessing Rings are a packing designed basically from the raschig ring with partitions inside to increase the surface and enhance the transfer efficiency. It is usually used extensively for the supporting packing at the bottom of tower.
