Dixon ring of hysteresis is higher than the similar entity packing, surface wetting condition is better than general porcelain ring too, thus its film formation rate is higher, and separation efficiency is also higher. The theoretical plate number of Dixon packing is increased with the increase of gas velocity, and at the same time, lower with reducing of the surface wetting rate of packing.
Metal Wire Triangular is made by winding metal wires, and its shape is similar to that of a spring. It is also known as triangular elastic packing and belongs to Fenske Spiral packing. Ceramic lessing Rings are a packing designed basically from the raschig ring with partitions inside to increase the surface and enhance the transfer efficiency. It is usually used extensively for the supporting packing at the bottom of tower. Ceramic lessing ring has high density and excellent heat and acid resistance and it withstands the corrosion of various inorganic acid, organic acid and organic solvents except fo hydrofluoric acid. Ceramic Lessing Ring can be used in the drying columns, absorbing columns, cooling towers, scrubbing towers in chemical industry, metallurgy industry, coal gas industry, oxygen producing industry.Meanwhile,Owing to ceramic Lessing ring’s wavy type edge can form many storage space,It is very easy to keep thermal energy a long time. In the process of heat absorption and release, it has not only reduce power cosumption, but also sustain RTO system thermal stabiblity. So Ceramic lessing one ring as an important heat transfer media, also used in the heat transfer system, regenerative oxidizers system (RTO ).
It is an ideal support media.Owing to its unique structure enables an upper support layer with a typical diameter of 11.5 mm to effectively retain a bed of 1.6 mm catalyst without any migration into the support layer. Ceramic Cross-partition ring deign’s purpose is increase packing surface area to improve mass transfer effieiceny..Due to ceramic cross-partition ring  belong to regular acid-resistant pickings for distillation and rectification columns.it will increase Cross shape septum in the ring’s inside. This design is not only enlarge packing surface area, but also increase its Compressive strength they are put (stacked) in packing layer position of  the column. Owing to Ceramics have excellent acid and high temperature resistance characteristic, it is very suitable in High temperature and corrosive environment. In addition,as ceramics are very brittle, it is very easy to broken in a long distance transportation. It is mainly used in petrochemical and RTO field, especially in the drying tower and absorption tower for sulfuric acid production.
