Plastic Raschig ring is a earliest development of random packing,which its height is equal to outside diameter. Since Plastic Raschig Ring was invented by German Chemist Friedrich Rashig in 1914, Tower packing’s development had entered the track of science.In actual application, owing to its closed cylindrical structure, it will easy to lead to liquid’s bias flow,channel flow and wall follow phenomenon’s happen. Furthermore, big liquid hold-up in packing layer will increase air & liquid passing time and form big resistance. Since 1940s, Plastic Raschig Ring has been gradually replaced by Pall ring. However, owing to Raschig ring gave the packed column consistency and dependability,so  Raschig Rings remain one of the most widely used tower packing materials,so it is one of the most widely used tower packing materials. 
Plastic Super Intalox Ring was one improved ring based on Intalox ring’s structure. The biggest improvement is that Plastic Super Intalox saddle’s arc profile will be change wavy or jagged profile. meanwhile, increase some pores in the arc liquid channel’s middle position. This structure’s change not only increase packing’s contacting gap, but also improve gas & liquid’s movement and distribution in packing layer.Plastic super intalox ring channel is like Open Semi-Round or Arc Type. It is not speed up air & liquid movement and contacting, but also decrease movement resistance. However, Open Semi-round or Arc Type also caused Plastic Super intalox saddle’s overlapping and interweaving. Instead, it will lead to a decrease in mass transfer efficiency.Further, it is less sensitive to liquid distribution quality and has higher liquid hold-up and residence time for those services that benefit from such characteristics. 
It was invented by American Teller A J in 1956,so called Teller Rosette Ring. This product’s shape is like ellipse is consisted of many enlaced cirques. Due to the structure of polycyclic enabling, it will enlarge gas & liquid contacting area and prolong liquid retention time.Therefore, it was recognized a ideal packing in Gas washing,purification tower. Currently, Fxsino has developed three major series of Teller rosette ring. First series is ordinary product. Second Series is Nippon steel’s rosette ring, Third series is Tooth Type.According to the impact of structural differences on mass transfer and customer’s feedback, Ordinary teller rosette ring price is cheapest. Nippon Steel Teller rosette’s strength is best. Tooth type teller rosette ring’s absorption performance is better than others. 
Plastic VSP Ring also called Mella Ring. Its structure is very similar with Nor-pak. External Rid &protruding Drip fins’ cross will promote gas & liquid evenly distribution and large size pore’s structure will avoid of Tower Packing’s internal plugging.Eight Arc Horizonal Bar that bends towards inside ensures liquid un-continuely renew. Snowflake ring was invented by American Norton, also called intalox snowflake.The positive hexis’upper and lower composited structure owns robust exhibiting unbeatable qualities of stablility and resilience.Snowflake ring’s Up and down two layer staggered and crossing distribution promotes liquid drop’s the polymerization and dispersion, speeds up droplet fastly fall down.  It offers superior separation efficiency and capacity in environmental application such as Gas washing, acid mist, wastewater treatment and flue gas cooling of washing and so on. Compared with other packing, Snowflake ring’s pressure drop & processing efficiency is better than Pall rings and save more than 50% energy cost than Saddle ring.
