Tooth Type Teller rosette rig is an improved product of ordinary teller rosette ring. The most obvious difference is Tooth Type structure. Although Tooth Type teller rosetter ring surface area is close to or equal to the ordinary packing, but caused more intersititial hold-up points on its surface, it will create more re-contact surface and point for air-liquid contacting. Under the same volume, Static pressure loss can reduce 40-50% than others. Under the same pressure drop, the filling volume will recue 35-50%. Furthermore, processing efficiency will increase 26-35% than other packing.Tooth type teller rosette ring can be operated at capacities up to the phase inversion point,owing to their open filamentous configuration, phase inversion in teller resette packed column can be reversed by simply reducing either the gas or liquid flow.The tower does not have to be shut down and restartedTherefore, Tooth Type Teller rosette ring is being used with effective results in wet scrubbers,cooling towers,entrainment separations,absorption and stripping column,and air washer.

Liquid collection redistributor

Liquid collector’s major function is collecting the liquid and re-distributing the gas. Usually, liquid collector is in the top of packing bed. The distance between liquid collector & packing bed is 150-200 mm.When the liquid falling down along with packing,due to upward gas’s speed is not same, gas’s speed toward center is big and toward tower wall is small. It is very easy to form wall flow phenomenon. In order avoid of wall flow phenomenon’s happened and improve mass transfer efficiency, we should install liquid collector or liquid re-distributor to improve liquid’s evenly distribution. Of course, according to different processing requirement, we can install one or many Liquid collectors in the different height’s position.
